Failed payments issue

For some users we get a "payment failed" notice after completing a whole process - inserting card details and pressing "buy" (we've tested it on a Canadian account when the screenshot from the attachment was taken). For others, the payments work fine (we've tested our regular account based in Poland).

We've had a similar problem a couple of months ago - viewtopic.php?f=37&t=35951

Does anyone know what can be wrong?
