Not working

There's supposedly some security bug telling me to use sftp instead...that also isn't working, giving authentication errors when the credentials are correct.

"Upload New Version" feature in web interface is seems to be broken. The only way to update the game now is to delete the old swf file and upload the new one. But this way we are loosing "version control" and the ability to rollback to the previous versions of the swf file.

I just tried to connect via Cyberduck:

got this error:

Could not parse response code.
Server Reply: SSH-2.0-IP*Works! SSH Daemon v9.0.


Edit: My bad, I was not using SFTP.

I use Cyberduck and I receive the following error:
Unknown host key for sftp.playerio.com
Then I click "Allow" and prompt me another error with "Login failed"

Here's a heads up, since they locked the feature without a status update or response.

If you haven't switched the billing plan to the new plan, I just did that and the sftp suddenly began working.
