SuperRewards download offers not working

Hi,

We've gotten feedback from some of our users that the SuperRewards Download Offers are not working. They completed and installed the Download Offers but the conversions were not registered on SuperReward's side.

We got into contact with SuperRewards and they verified that the Download Offers are working fine on other sites.

Could there be a bug in the way PayVault is interacting with SuperRewards (Download Offers in particular)? Maybe in the way the userid is passed? A few of the surveys on SuperRewards seem to be working ok with PayVault.

On a related note, which userid is passed to SuperRewards? Is it the ConnectId?

Go to the PayVault admin panel in Player.IO, and look up a user that's been having problems. When you do that, you should see a link called "SuperRewards Coins Redirect" in the top right corner. If you click that, you'll get to the SuperRewards Offers page, as if you were that user. And when you've done that, you can click the small "Get Help" link on the SuperRewards page, which should show you all the activity of that user, started offers, pending offers, completed offers, etc.

That should hopefully help you figure out exactly what's going wrong and where.

That is useful advice thanks!

According to that page, it seems that quite a few offers that were completed by the users are still in the pending/viewed but not awarded state even though they claimed to have completed the offers. (It happened to a few users)
