New Feature: BigDB Table Copy

Postby Henrik » November 11th, 2020, 5:31 am

You now have the ability to copy a BigDB table and all its data and indexes either to the same game, or to any other game you have BigDB access to.

You can find the feature in the BigDB control panel, and once you've selected tables for copy, you can view the data copying progress on the BigDB control panel for the destination game.

Note that copied tables get an autogenerated name, and start with empty access rights, which means you need to fix the access rights and change the name when you want to use the table in your game.

If you are on the Free plan, you cannot make copies of tables that would push your game over the allowed BigDB objects limit. If you are on a paid plan, all the normal usage fees apply, so think twice before you make a copy of that multi-gigabyte table you have. :D
