Development Server Error

I see there is a "Serverside Game Code" reference is missing and i get these errors

Have you tried upgrade your .Net framework to 4.5?

You should be able to resolve that problem by making sure your gamecode project is set to target .Net Framework 4.5 as well, you can change that in the project properties.
