We have started to seen a lot of disconnects... Not sure when it all started. But it has been going on for months now and users seem to disconnect randomly.

Can something in our code result in this?

This still happens a lot. I know you have told me its the users connections that have issues. But we have a lot of suspect mass disconnects that can't really be explained with random packet loss or bad connection for one user.
