Want a receipt

The 500 dollar payment in the following picture (which is boxed by a red square) doesn't have a receipt.What does it pay for? Would you mind send us the receipt?Image

When you (or anyone else using PlayerIO) changes the credit card details, we check if the new card is valid by doing an operation called Authorize for the amount of the plan. This causes your bank to lock down that amount, but after a few days that authorization disappears, and if it's a credit card it disappears from your statement, and if it's a debit card it's returned to your account.

So we didn't charge you any money, it just temporarily looks like a purchase, but it will be reversed automatically.

Since you did this on the 22nd of June, this should already have happened?
