Super Rewards clarification?

Postby unboundedgames » August 8th, 2014, 9:23 am

I'm having some trouble with the Super Rewards integration on my Facebook app.

The SR website settings panel has "Admin User IDs:" where a list of IDs can be given to act as test-payers much like the Facebook test payments. Although I've not yet been able to get it working.

My PayVault user IDs are formatted like this: 'fb123456789'.
So I've tried using 'fb123456789', '123456789', as well as my actual numeric Facebook ID given by the graph /me request. (note the 1234... is just an example, I'm using the user ID given in the graph for the app)
No luck on any of these, and I'm confused as to what I should be trying next.

Also worth mentioning the page is adapted from the example plants game and the coins.html containing {% payvault provider="superrewards" height="1100" n_offers=10 scrolling="no" %}, if that helps to understand what I'm using.

So am I doing something wrong?
I feel as though I've misunderstood something about how the IDs are associated with a user.
Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

If you lookup yourself in the PayVault users, you should see a Coins Redirect URL to the right of the input box with your username. That URL contains your userid that you can add as an admin user in Superrewards.

Apologies for the documentation not being clear, and we know it's woefully out of date. We're hoping to get around refreshing it soon.
