Payments not working

I `m trying to buy coins via paypal in sandbox mode. Paypal says payment is done but i cant see any coins in payVault and all transactions state is open i admin panel

Is your PayPal account confirmed? Check this page for how to do that: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/helpc ... 0607&m=SRE

Have you specified a bogus IPN URL for your account?

Are you sure PayPal says that the payment is completed, and not just pending?

What does the IPN log on PayPal say?

I found solution.

For sandbox mode there has to be two test accounts for buyer but also for seller (specyfied in player.io PayVault admin panel. Now everything wors fine!
