Need Advice how to handle Chargeback or Refund

Hi there, i'm creating poker card game like Texas Holdem and use facebook credit to purchase coin/chips.
The problem is some user trying to purchase and soon they recharge back or request refund to facebook.
Before that they sure already transfered their coin or chips to different id.
Is difficult to track this fake transaction. Any Idea?

If you look up that user in the PayVault admin panel you should be able to see what the user did exactly, and if you can see that the user purchased chips for Facebook Credits, received them, and then spent them in your game, then the user has no cause for a refund.

I haven't been through the process on Facebook myself as either party, but it's my understanding that you as an app developer can protest and if you can prove to Facebook that the user got what he bought, then the refund should be denied.
