Hi,

Sometimes FB Canvas URL call takes about 20 seconds or maybe longer, in other words master.html starts in 20 seconds after opening the game.

I mean this url : https://[game-specific].fb.playerio.com/fb/[game-specific]/

We had some issues over the weekend which caused slow response times across the entire platform, but those are now fixed.

Does your issue coincide with this, or are you still seeing slow page load times?

Hey Aram,

I checked your game in the network inspector for my browser, and it shows that both the Facebook page and the PlayerIO page are loading just fine. The master.html page from SiteBox is loading pretty much immediately after the surrounding Facebook page has loaded, there's something else on that page holding up your game.

I sent you an email with some screenshots from my network inspector, with some explanations and some guesses on my part on what's holding it up, I hope that helps you guys figure out what's wrong.

You can also use the ChangeLog in PlayerIO to figure out which changes were made to your SiteBox pages right around when the game started loading slow, that could help you figure out which change caused it.
