Hello I am trying to upgrade my account to the 25$ a month plan. and its not working. and the only option you have for paypal is at lowest 100$ I just want to try this out.

Don't use the prepay option but subscription.
As the prepay plans page points out, you can only add funds in blocks of at least $100 to prepay funds

Hey thanx I figured it out.
I can't pay with a prepaid card.
Only credit, I had a prepaid card that I was trying to use.
