Cannot Load playerobjects

My game users are unable to load their playerobjects so when game is loading it's stuck, when i see error log

it says Error #1010 : In callback handler for BigDB.loadMyPlayerObject

i Don't know what's the problem please help me! :(

It's impossible for us to know what the problem is, except that it's in your code in that callback somewhere. Maybe you could trace some variables to figure out exactly where it goes wrong?
