Hey everyone,

Whenever someone tries to access data from BigDB it returns with "An unexpected error occured inside the Player.IO webservice. Please try again."

Is anyone having the same problem?

Yeah, same problem here when doing "...BigDB.LoadRange("PlayerObjects", "ByLevel"...)" from a service application that have been running fine for the past few months.

Finally found the problem, i "just" needed to rebuild my "ByLevel" index and now everything works again
I'm getting kinda annoyed with BigDB, as this is not the first time the indexes are acting up.

Well, it seems like all servers are overloaded at the moment...
It takes over a minute to load a bigDB object.
It takes very long to list rooms.
And there's almost noone in the multiplayer rooms.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Yes sir.
Someone tripped over a cable or something?
Our game isn't starting at all atm...

We have the same issue. I don't know, but this happened last thursday too, if it is something scheduled it would be nice to get a heads up before it happens.
