Few questions:

1) What about us who aren't already,but want to be on paid plan before 1.6.2014 ? I see there is no that option in "pricing" section any more.

2) Where can all the details about new payment system be found? (About available resources,and how we can get more than basic 25000 DatabaseObjects etc...)

3) "Within thirty (30) days following the end of the first calendar month in which any application utilizing any Backend Game Services is available, and each calendar month thereafter, you will provide to Yahoo! a reasonably detailed written monthly report covering the calculation of Fees, which report shall use the format or template requested by Yahoo and include, at minimum:(i) the Fees payable in such month (separated by application), (ii) calculation of the Fees; (iii) and such other information as may be reasonably requested by Yahoo!."

Any example what that report should look like?
