Here is a soon to be an Player.IO example. Random webcam chat application made using Player.IO and Adobe Stratus

1: There is almost no users using the service
2: Turns out that Adobe Stratus is not particularly good at poking holes in firewalls. So unless you are behind a lax firewall or proxy you won't be able to see other peoples webcams.

Thats probably why. I tried connecting with my girlfriend and we couldn't find each other
