Tom's Crown Affair

Postby TomSennett » June 15th, 2010, 1:42 am

Howdy!

Over the past few weeks I've put together a simple real-time multiplayer game with Player.IO. It is pretty much complete and I'm trying to do some playtesting tonight. So come join me if you please!

What's this game about, and why do you run it only on specific moments ? I've tried to see it a couple of times and it's always offline, kind of takes my will away from checking it again.

It makes sense if you have a really great idea you want to keep somewhat secret while building an initial fan base to help you distribute the game later.

Yup.

Also, we're playing again!

The room I'm in is called BRO CITY, but it may be full soon.

We just had a round of this game at the office, it's great, especially when you sit in the same room. The game does however loose its appeal after 5-10 rounds (The first time you win the crown, it's more fun not being king). Any plans for making it more sticky?
