LAN with no internet connection

Is there a way to get the dev server running without having an internet connection? I would like to be able to run this service on a LAN.

Player.IO fully relies on the Player.IO cluster to operate. Without a connection to the cluster, any Player.IO component is meaningless as they do nothing but forward requests etc there.
