Visual Studio 2005

Postby MarkSponge » June 16th, 2010, 1:56 pm

I have 2005 professional version which I do not want to swap or run along side the express version of 2008. 2008 solution files don't open in 2005.

Any chance of getting a version of the development server and sample code in a VS 2005 solution file?

Thanks,

Mark

Never mind, you can run multiple versions of Visual Studio along side each other with no problems.

Great software by the way.

:-)

I think we'll be adding a vs2010 solution along side .net 4.0 support soon; but i think vs2005 is too old, and too few people use it for us too support it.

To be fair at the University of Abertay Dundee, every computer runs VS2005, their version of VS2008 is buggy so everyone their Computer Games Technology course will be using 2k5 :P not that it looks like their should be any trouble migrating the 2k8 version back should I ever use it at the university
