Visual Studio needs to debug twice

Postby GBurg » March 2nd, 2011, 11:12 am

Hi all,

Every time I want to test my serverside code, I hit the F5 button and wait, on which it gives a message: 'You need to be connected to the internet to run serverside code'. Then I hit F5 again, and it runs. However I want to be able to compile in 1 try, because it takes quite some time to wait for the message to appear. What can I do? (I am connected to the internet off course ;))

Hey,

We've heard this reported a few times, but can't reproduce it at all.

The dialog might popup if, for any reason, it takes long time to connect and download an update info message from the player.io website.

What kind of internet connection do you have?

Hum, that's starnge. I have a cable connection with 1Mbps download. Maybe a firewall is blocking somethings?
Also, sometimes the playerio site loads slowly. Maybe the problems are interlinked with each other?

BTW, recently it is going fast again.
