Here is it!

Updated to reflect permanent link.

Multiplayer Asteroids with DB support

Chris let me know the best way to get the source to you...i really don't want to post a link here. Would much rather have you store it on your google code project.

ya it's not working for me at the moment. But what did you do for the database support?

I used PHP and MySQL. I am using No-IP software right now to host the game on my server PC, everything is working right now but sometimes if the IP changes (from service provider) it can take up to 5 minutes for the software to update the routing...I will be hosting this game on another site soon.

Here is the permanent hosting link (thanks for the offer anyway cyclone).

Let me know if you find any bugs. I had to fix a login bug already (hardcoded username and password, it was early when i uploaded ok...)

Next features will be:
-Automatic fire (hold down button to fire) on the CTRL key instead of space.
-NPCs and Asteriods to destroy

Requiring a validation is a test run of the process for my next project. I will be continuing to add to this project as practice for my next project, but will continue to post the source of this project to serve as a tutorial.

I do not seem to be sharing your problem with the validation email...did you check your junk folder? Can anyone else verify or deny this problem? I just tested it with my gmail account and it was flagged as SPAM.
