Hi,

I'm trying to test out the password reset functionality in the .net client and I haven't gotten an email yet. It's been more than a few minutes.

Is this broken or is the service just down/slow?

If it is this slow, is there anything I can do on my end to speed things up?

There are many ways that emails can be eaten on the internet and simply not reach their destination. If you try again, do you get the email then?

Nope. I've tried about 50 times with multiple email addresses. I'm using Unity, so maybe something's gone crazy behind the scenes? I get the success callback so I just assumed everything was working fine, but that's always dangerous

Yesterday we pushed a release containing changes to how we send emails which embarassingly didn't get pushed to all servers. We fixed it this morning, so please try again now and see if it works for you.
