Sever stability issue March 7th 20:00-22:30

We had Multiplayer Stability issues today between 20:00 GMT + 1 and 22:30 GMT + 1

We isolated the issue to a overflow bug in our traffic measurements.
The bug has now been fixed and operations should be back to normal.
