Transfer my BigDb to a new game?

Postby moosemouse » January 11th, 2012, 8:50 pm

Is it possible to either change my game id, or transfer a BigDb from an old game to a new one?

I am working on a new version of my (old) Flash game. The new version is being done in Unity. The problem is that the old game is spread out across the internet and I am getting error log errors from those versions of the game. This makes it very hard for me to tell which errors are from the new version of the game. I would like to keep all the players' data in the new version of my game.

Or maybe I am overlooking another obvious solution?

Thanks,
Shawn

Seeing as how you are a paid member, send me an email directly at chris@player.io and I will see if I can help you find a solution.

In the future I highly suggest you distribute your game with the GameFS simple loaders such that you can remote update your game :)
